Geçmişten bahsederken &񗝌be&񗝍 olarak &񗝌am, is yerine was &񗝌, &񗝌are yerine de were&񗝍 kullanılır.

Bu cümleleri olumsuz yapmak için &񗝌am, is, are&񗝍 da olduğu gibi yine &񗝌was, were&񗝍 e &񗝌not&񗝍 eklenir.

She is not in Antalya now.    (Present)
